We’re pleased to showcase a commercial project completed for EDR Developments… the design of three new industrial warehouse units on a challenging, undulating site that previously operated as a concrete mixing yard.
Having successfully collaborated with EDR Developments before, Masefields were commissioned to deliver the project from concept through to completion, covering RIBA Stages 1-4.
Our services included initial design proposals and 3D visuals, detailed planning and building regulations, and finally as built record drawings and Land Registry compliant title plans.
This project demonstrates how thoughtful design and technical expertise can unlock the potential of complex sites and bring ambitious developments to life.
